For a school project, I developed a full marketing plan for Rev Studios, an indoor cycling studio in Moscow, Idaho. The campaign focused on addressing seasonality challenges by targeting new customer segments, building community partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility. I conducted in-depth market research, segmentation analysis, SWOT analysis, and created actionable strategies like corporate wellness programs, student ambassador initiatives, and flexible membership options to help Rev Studios grow year-round with their biggest issue of lack of enrollment outside of the students at the University.
